We offer several forms of licence and hosting services. You can buy single developer Surveyor licences or you can buy site developer licences. In addition to The Surveyor, we also provide hosting and questionnaire generation abilities for your research. The tables below give pricing details for both the The Surveyor and our hosting services.

Please note: if you intend to run The Surveyor on your own web server, please check the system requirements.

The Surveyor

First questionnaire (up to 5 pages, and up to 15 questions (i.e. data points) per page (a paper questionnaire often has two to three times this number questions (data points) per page, depending on question formats)): We create questionnaire web pages from customer-supplied final questionnaire; we create the data collection database; and we host your questionnaire. We export to files for import into SPSS, if required. You supply your corporate and button graphics.

$3,000 for the first five pages (plus $125 per web questionnaire page thereafter) to create and test; $300 per month the questionnaire is hosted on our site.
